Plastic production info:
Molten plastic is injected into steel at pressures of 20 to 30,000 p.s.i.
apposing hydraulic tonnage is generated to hold the steel mould together at these forces.
The molten hot plastic will 'flash' (seep out between steel plates) at about .001" inch
Steel moulds are manufactured to tolerances of .0002" inch to eliminate 'flash' (see above)

.0035" = human hair
.0010" = dust particle / plastic 'flash'
.0005" = fingerprint depth
.0002" = industrial smoke particle size / steel mould production
.0001" = tobacco smoke
