There are many factors to creating new products. The least of which is certainly not cost. The better prepared you are, the better your design will be. DC Design uses your input to design your part. The more you can prepare us with, share with us, the better your part will be for you!

 ~ THE DESIGN PROCESS~

Using your input, we will design what 'you' want & need for your product. Below is a battery case worn on a waist belt. It has multiple battery arrangements, a Motorola radio, charging points, circuit boards, cable restraints, microphone adapter & is water tight.

Based on our discussions, a number of proposals are presented for your review



Once the design has progressed, confirmation for your records will be sent. This will include sizes, shapes and features detailed on your part.

All aspects of assembly and fitting are laid out in a clear precise fashion for your review.

Based on your decision, DC Design will develop the one proposal chosen, or develop the new part based on a number of features proposed.

As the design proceeds, any issues that need clarification will be addressed thru your companies appointed representative.


Any additional components your product may require are also designed. This could be for additional production, or merely confirmation for sizing and fit of your new product to an existing line.
